At Mason House Gardens we do our best to create the freshest plants possible. As all of our products are made to order and perishable,
all sales are final.
We value our customers and want you to be happy with your order. Please inspect your order when delivered or picked up. If for any reason your order is damaged or in substandard condition, email us a photo of the order to info@masonhousegardens.com along with the name on the order within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We’ll be happy to replace your order or issue a store credit.
Mason House Gardens assumes all information provided by the customer at the time of purchase to be true, and cannot be held responsible for any typos, incorrect entries or other inaccuracies therein. This includes, but is not limited to incorrect mailing addresses, client names and shipping dates.
