Itinerary: 

Day 1: Sunday, June 22nd, 2025: Depart Toronto 

Depart Toronto on Air Transat, flight #282 at 7:50pm. 

Day 2: Monday, June 23rd, 2025: London to Poole 

Arrive London Gatwick Airport at 7:55am. We board the coach and go to Sir Harold Hillier Gardens. This renowned 180-acre garden features over 14,000 species. Be sure to see the arboretum. We then make our way to the 4-star The Haven Hotel for 2 nights stay. Group welcome dinner together. (D) 

Day 3: Tuesday, June 24th, 2025: Dorset 

Breakfast. This morning, we visit Abbotsbury Subtropical Garden in Dorset, known for its exotic plants. Next, we explore Forde Abbey’s gardens. This afternoon we enjoy a Jurassic Coast boat cruise and admire ancient rock formations and fossils. Return to hotel for dinner. (B, D) 

Day 4: Wednesday, June 25th, 2025: Poole to Dartmoor National Park 

After breakfast we make our way to Devon and visit The Garden House. This afternoon we explore Keith Wiley’s Wildside Garden. We then go to the 5-star Bovey Castle for dinner and 2 nights stay. (B, D) 

Day 5: Thursday, June 26th, 2025: Devon 

Leisurely breakfast. A full day at RHS Rosemoor Garden, a 65-acre site with diverse planting styles such as formal rose gardens and lush woodlands. Dinner at Ring of Bells Inn. We return to Bovey Castle. (B, D) 

Day 6: Friday, June 27th, 2025: Dartmoor National Park to St Ives 

Breakfast. We travel to Cornwall with a visit to The Eden Project, an ecological marvel featuring two main Biomes. We continue to the 4-star Harbour Hotel for 2 nights stay. Group dinner. (B, D) 

Day 7: Saturday June 28th, 2025: Free day in St Ives 

Enjoy breakfast and a day at leisure. Perhaps visit the Barbara Hepworth Museum or Tate St Ives. (B) 

Day 8: Sunday, June 29th, 2025: St Ives to Bodmin 

Breakfast. Today we visit St Michael’s Mount, a tidal island with a medieval castle and subtropical gardens. After we go to the 5-star Bodmin Jail Hotel for 2 nights stay. Group dinner. (B, D) 

Day 9: Monday, June 30th, 2025: Cornwall 

Breakfast. Today we explore Bonython Estate’s South African-inspired plantings and traditional English Gardens. Also, a photo stop at The Lizard, England’s southernmost point. Return to hotel. Dinner. (B, D) 

Day 10: Tuesday, July 1st, 2025: Bodmin to Winchester 

After breakfast we visit The Lost Gardens of Heligan. A restored Victorian garden estate. On route to the Voco Hotel for our 2 nights stay and dinner, we will stop at Stonehenge. (B, D) 

Day 11: Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025: Hampshire 

Breakfast. After we tour Winchester Cathedral, we will go to The Bombay Sapphire Distillery to discover the greenhouse to learn about botanicals used in gin production. Return to hotel for dinner. (B, D) 

Day 12: Thursday, July 3rd, 2025: Winchester to London 

Leisurely breakfast. A full day at RHS Wisley Garden, the Royal Horticultural Society’s flagship site known for its themed gardens and impressive Glasshouse. Onwards to the 4-star Hilton London Gatwick Airport Hotel for our farewell dinner together. (B, D) 

Day 12: Friday, July 4th, 2025: Return to Toronto (unless extending your stay…) 

Early breakfast. Flight Air Transat, #123 departs London Gatwick at 12:40pm, arrive Toronto 3:40pm. (B)
